I'm a native to the Carolinas, allez, this is nothing new to me. Still, there's something about Myrtle Beach that makes it unlike any other beach on the east coast. For me it's not even about all the stuff to do there. You just need a backpack, a Nikon, and a delicious Cinnamon Dolce Latte.

Overcompensation = More Time To Relax
I had an art history exam today. FOUR weeks into the semester without anything to gauge by. No homework, no quizzes, no nothing. I did fine, no problem. I tend to overcompensate when it comes to tests. I cram everything I can into my brain and end up needing only half of all the invested effort. I like it that way. It makes life easier.
Now I have time for things like this:
Blouse - Buckle
Shorts - AE
Sandals - AE
Bracelet - Tiny Hands International

Summer Sun
Summer sun, summer sun spilling into my room,
summer sun, summer sun are you leaving so soon?
Since June is long gone and July’s almost through,
Will August be shorter than either the two?
summer sun, summer sun are you leaving so soon?
Since June is long gone and July’s almost through,
Will August be shorter than either the two?
I’ve observed you’re less bright each day that you shine;
Summer seasons end slowly, but surely with time.
Summer sun, summer sun you’re replaced by the moon,
summer sun, summer sun are you leaving so soon?

Dreams
There's been so many exciting things going on lately, I haven't been able to keep up. So, in order to be "recent" I'm going to have to revert to ninja posting mode. First, pictures from my cousin's wedding! Like I said, it was beautiful. The ceremony was held on the estate of the bride's grandparents. As if that wasn't enough, the reception was held in a mansion. Hey, a girl can dream.
I love happy endings.

Part II
Bienvenue, part two! This is the other half of the pictures from a couple days ago. I didn't get a chance to post them yesterday. Ehhh. But, I have some more exciting things coming up! I played the harp (my first harp appearance) at my cousin's wedding rehearsal dinner. And last evening I attended the actual wedding. It was THE most beautiful wedding I've been to. Congratulations to Ben and Taylor! <3 Will have the photos up pronto.

Soda Shop
Part one of a day out with the girls. It was a hundred degrees out yesterday and they were both wearing the cutest dresses, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it! Even in the heat, I can't stand fooling with dresses. So, I was roasted, but just as stylish. B) "We're the three best friends that anyone could have!" Stay tuned for part II tomorrow.
